Favorite Foto Friday!

My favorite for the week: a LITTLE attitude :)

Now for some updates:
Victoria has learned several signs and uses them appropriately :)

Eat now mom!

More please!

Half a**ed sign for please! She was tired of performing by now :)
Mom - leave me alone

Feeding Pooh and Tigger part of her cookie - yummy!

Victoria had her 15 month check up yesterday:
weight 22 pounds!
height 31 inches!
Dr. is very happy with her progress, says she is ahead of her age developmentally.
Cool thing is that they count signs as words! So she is ahead in the word count. We talked about her eating and he told me not to worry about it, that she will eat enough on her own and to just let her play with her food. The dogs are loving it :)
The food is making her constipated and we are using mineral oil twice a day in her bottle to help. He said not to worry about the bottle yet, to keep trying cups. She finally drank a bit the other day with her Nuby cup and a little bit every day since. She only gets her bottle at wake up, nap and bedtime. I gotta remember that she was so behind when I got her, not sitting up or eating anything at 7 months.
Poor thing had two more shots - thank heavens she is finally caught up!
Of course the nurse said they should not bother her, within an hour she was cranky and very tired - see below:

Catching some zzz's at Costco!

After her afternoon nap she was very cranky and both arms hurt. Every time she used her arms or you touched them she cried. I gave her some tylenol and she felt a little better. By 10 she was awake and in pain and with a fever!! I could not get her back to sleep till after midnight :)

Danny is having an incredible week at school!! We have been working on his letters and numbers every day and he is starting to get it!!! :) The neurologist was wonderful! Danny had a meltdown while there so she got to see that too. She will work with the psychologist and we will have a sitdown once all tests are done. Danny had to have some blood drawn so we could do some genetic testing. Hopefully we will get some answers soon.

So weird, our LP had her 15 month checkup on Friday too! She is hanging in there at 19 lbs and 30 inches, but its not for lack of trying as she eats constantly! Congrats to Danny and here's hoping the professionals involved can give you some answers and advice.
