First Feast and cast free for a day!!

Victoria's school had their Thanksgiving Feast today!
Here are the Kindergartener's doing a poem about Thanksgiving and each letter in the word

Here are the Prek 3 & 4 year olds. The 4's are pilgrims and the 3's are indians.

That would be our indian with the pink feather!!

Here they are all singing the Thanksgiving Prayer!

Had a great time!!!

We had a real feast!!

Waving to the camera!

Silly girl!!

I had to run right from the feast to pick up Gerri at school.
Here she is telling the cast tech that she is going in the tub once we get home!!!!

Almost There!!

So so happy to be cast free - even if it is only for a day!

SO SO happy to be in the hot tub SWIMMING!!!

Playing playstation while they wait for dinner - which she picked out
Chicken nuggets and rice

Showing me she could touch her toes!

So happy to show me she can still crawl!

At last - in the tub!! They played and played!
After the tub I had her sit on the bed and I massaged and rubbed lotion onto her legs and feet. Her skin is SO smooth and all the dead skin is gone! She kept saying mama I am SO light!
When she got in to bed she kept sliding her legs and feet back and forth, she said it felt SO soft!

I have her oxycodone script filled and we have to leave the house at 8:30 to be there for 9:30 even though her procedure isn't till 11:30!! Man that is a long time to go without food :(
We are all going, it will be a family affair at the hospital. Hopefully no one will be crying :)
Pray everything goes ok and there are no problems!!
Thanks!

Update soon as you can after the surgery so we all know that everything is fine!

What a cute photos! Praying all goes well tomorrow with the surgery. Looks like she really enjoyed her night w/ no casts. What a blessing it will be for her to not be alone this time - just surrounded by those that love her!

Praying hard for Miss Gerri! (and the rest of the crew). I hope the surgery is successful and as pain free as possible. ALL of your children and beautiful and I love reading about them! Again, good luck today!

Sending blessings and prayers for your family and especially for Gerri. She is such a darling little girl, and has demonstrated such a wonderful, upbeat outlook during her casting treatment - got it from Mama, no doubt! I hope her surgery, in progress as I write this, goes well and that her recovery will be painfree and swift.

Best wishes,
