Merry Christmas Eve!!! And a BIG Christmas Miracle!!

We have been primping to get ready for Jesus' birthday :)
first we had to take off my old nailpolish
yes, it was a family affair

Dan and I both got leg massages

LOTS of lotion :)

Danny did my hair!

The girls had their eyes and lips done

Aren't we just beautiful!!!

Today the kids got to open 1 present from each mail package
Gerri got right into it!
Victoria wanted to open everything under the tree :)

Then the kids had to sprinkle the reindeer food outside

yes, it WAS cold out :) 48 degrees in FL!

Then turkey dinner, baths and 1 last present :)

Then the cookies were put out with a couple of carrots
Danny added a note pad and pen so Santa could thank us!

The kids were all asleep by 8:30 and we had to wrap wrap wrap!
But we are ready to go!

Sant left a cute thank you note with his crumbs!
Several times today Victoria asked if it was bedtime yet and when was it going to be dark?!?!?

And here is our HUGE Christmas Miracle!!

Merry Christmas to all!! And to all a good night!

Oh, and go Red Sox! (Mike's grandpa coached Carlton Fisk in high school - I can't help but hope somehow he'll hear about us and choose to fund our adoption though I know that's not likely :P)

Oh NANCY!!!!!! I CRIED when I saw Gerri walk!!!!!! I called Tom in here, and he got choked up and said how beautiful it is that her life has improved so dramatically! He knows all about surgeries, walkers, casts, and we both could see the radiant determination on Gerri's face. What a beautiful Christmas gift!!

Seriously, this made my night. My whole week! I'm so happy for your family- all of the kids are adorable!!! :)
