Arthro Annual Convention in Disney World!! photos!!

Disclaimer on this post!! It is long and full of lots of photos. It covers from Thursday through Sunday of very busy days. I did montages to help with the collections.
I did include the photo collections I took of the slides during the seminars, If you don't want the medical parts just ignore them :)

Day 1 of the convention:
Pictures of the resort, convention, storytelling, the ambulance and fire truck, the dress up parade, the talent show and a quick trip on the monorail!

Day 1 seminar on lower extremities:

Day 1 Seminar on Club Feet:

Day 2 of the convention:

Day 2 Seminar - upper extremities:

Day 2 Seminar - Physical Therapy

Day 2 Seminar on Adopting Special Needs :

While I was at the seminars the rest of the family was at the pool :)
The following montage is the rest of our second day at the convention.
We started with the group photo with our convention tshirts :)
Then we went swimming, we had so much fun that we missed the face painting and painting with Theresa :(
Then it was time to go to Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day.
We did miss out on the closing ceremonies but the kids had been so good we had to go play!!

Day 3 of the convention was a total play day, we swam all morning and then went back to the Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day and did not get back to the hotel till 9:30!

The kids had a great time!!! Danny LOVED the roller coasters and he and Lindsey rode all but splash mountain (too long a wait). We hit almost every ride or event :) And walked LOTS of miles. We did not do the fast pass, but Gerri and her wheelchair got us in everywhere!!!

Our last day in Disney was Sunday and we packed, had breakfast with the characters and then headed on home!!

We are SO thankful that we went. We learned so much about Arthrogryposis and how lucky we are to have Gerri in our lives. The families and the kids that we met were amazing!
We hope to be able to go to the 6th convention next year in Kansas City!!!!
