It is Saturday!!

Here are the 3 musketeers before we went shopping, they all love this porch swing

Riding in Daddy's truck

Checking out at Home Dep*t
Gerri was fascinated by the big store - especially all the plants and flowers

Snacking as we drive around :)

After nap time Victoria snagged Danny's batman sunglasses

Gerri taking it all in, already learning how to relax and chill :)

Girly time!!

After cutting nails the girls got some pink

The kids playing on the back porch after swimming in the hot tub

after tubby time, clean pj's and playing together on the floor while Danny takes his tubby
The girls rolled and rolled :)

Very serious about her coloring :)
Notice she is between 2 of the dogs :)

Another great day!!
We are still working on the "quiet" voice, Gerri is so used to yelling to get attention. It can get to be really noisy. She had to entertain herself for so long that she talks and talks and talks. LOUDLY!
But each day she gets better :) She watches the other kids too.

It amazes me to think that she has spent her whole life in an institution and now she is looking so comfortable and so at home with your family!!! God is good!!!!

It is wonderful how well she has adjusted. The other children too. I know it can be hard all around. Blessings to you and your family, they are adorable!

Your dog-children look look they are keeping watch over Gerri! HOW is Gerri doing? The pictures speak a thousand words, but has she shown any signs of missing her old home? Also, I was wondering about her feet. Will she be having any surgeries? Or braces? I don't know much about her condition, but I would LOVE to see her up and running with her brother and sister! Could you do some type of update on her health issues?
You and Dan are WONDERFUL parents and I've just fallen in love with all of your kiddos!
Take care! JO

So funny about the loud talking. That is exactly what Laurel used to do (still does some). Loudly screaming to get attention... not mad just making sure you hear her. It is much better though and know that she'll progress quickly. I have to admit that probably was the hardest adjustment for me. The noise level! Thanks for posting, I thought it was just me :)

I'm curious about your kids school. It seems really cool and different. What type of school is it?
