Here it is!! The paper that says I can go visit!!
I am all packed up and will be picked up in about 20 minutes.
There is another American family here going to the same place so we will be riding the train together.
Serge and Marina drove down this afternoon and will meet us in the morning.
Once off the train I will head to my apartment because it will be too early to go anywhere yet.
I can't believe the time is finally here to see her, meet her, love on her!
Boy is she in for a surprise!
Every time Serge brings a family there she asks if it is for her and tomorrow it WILL BE!!!!

well, it's 3:30 am your time right now, and I'm picturing you jostling around on the train. Did it seem like they stopped every half hour? I think they did w/us.
I wonder if you bought out the whole compartment...I feel sorry for you if you got stuck with someone else!
I'm so curious to see what happens in the morning while your in region... but especially can't wait to hear about your meeting with Gerri. I think March 12th will be a day you always remember :)
I also can't wait to hear if you meet Artiom! I know you will be persistent (unlike me) so I sure hope you can go and see him in person, and see if he has a reaction to the photo's.
